Job Title: Relationship Manager (Fresher) A LARGE MNC BANK - Positions based in Chennai

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Relationship Manager (Fresher) to join our banking team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and ensuring that their banking needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.

Assist clients in opening new accounts and provide guidance on the bank's products and services.

Work with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions to meet those needs.

Identify opportunities to upsell bank products and services to clients.

Ensure that all client interactions are documented in the bank's systems.

Work closely with other departments within the bank to ensure that client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Stay up-to-date with the latest banking products and services and provide guidance to clients as needed.

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's / Masters degree in business, finance, economics, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus, but not required.
