    Description

    Job Description :

    Recrud is delighted to announce an opportunity on behalf of a distinguished client, a burgeoning SaaS startup, seeking to appoint a seasoned Business Analyst.

    This role is pivotal for professionals with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in creating Data Pipelines, aimed at enhancing data-driven decision-making processes within the :

    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support analytics and business intelligence needs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, define, and understand data requirements, ensuring the accurate implementation of data strategies.
    • Perform data analysis and modeling to uncover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
    • Implement and advocate for data governance and quality standards across the organization.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance issues, optimizing processes where necessary.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analytics, recommending improvements to tools and processes.
    • Contribute to the creation of visualizations and reports for stakeholders to facilitate the easy understanding of key metrics and insights.

    Qualifications :

    • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and maintaining data pipelines, preferably within a SaaS environment.
    • Proficient in SQL and experience with programming languages such as Python or Java.
    • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
    • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
