    Description

    Job Title:
    Desktop Support Specialist II

    Location:
    Bangalore, KA

    This role involves providing IT procurement, configuration, and support services for PC/Mac platforms, video conferencing, phone systems, and more.


    Responsibilities:
    Procure, configure, and support IT hardware/software.
    Assist with basic IT infrastructure tasks under guidance.
    Follow SOPs, escalate issues, and manage ticket queue.
    Build and maintain relationships with users.
    Support onsite, online, and hybrid events with IT/AV.


    Skills Required:
    Strong service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
    Hands-on experience with Windows 11, Mac OSX, Google Workspace, Active Directory, VPN, basic networking, and mobile devices.
    Mainly Laptop deployment, updating and upgrading of Firmware
    Familiarity with remote support tools (Zoom, MS Remote Desktop).
    Experience in IT/AV support for events.
    Knowledge of office IT facility design and maintenance.
