    Position Overview:

    As a Center Manager at Workviaa by Sapna Sangeeta Center, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our coworking space. You will be responsible for managing the daily activities, fostering a vibrant and welcoming community, and ensuring that our members have an exceptional experience. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who can drive growth and create a positive working atmosphere.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Member Relations:

    1. Greet and assist members and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
    2. Address member inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
    3. Foster a sense of community by organizing events, workshops, and networking opportunities.

    Operational Excellence:

    1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
    2. Ensure that all facilities and amenities are in good working condition.
    3. Collaborate with vendors and contractors for necessary repairs and maintenance.

    Sales and Marketing:

    1. Promote the coworking space to attract new members.
    2. Give tours to potential clients and highlight the features and benefits of Workviaa.
    3. Assist with marketing initiatives and strategies to drive membership growth.
    4. Financial Management:
    5. Manage the center's budget and financial records.
    6. Monitor and collect rent and other fees from members.
    7. Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining service quality.

    Team Leadership:

    1. Recruit, train, and supervise center staff, including receptionists and maintenance personnel.
    2. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among team members.

    Safety and Compliance:

    1. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
    2. Ensure compliance with local regulations and codes.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field (preferred).
    2. Proven experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in coworking or hospitality industry.
    3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
    4. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
    5. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    6. Proficiency in basic financial management.
    7. Tech-savvy with knowledge of office software and coworking management systems.
    8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
