    Responsibilities :

    • Install and integrate equipment with our intranet to ensure seamless operations
    • Provide guidance on network switch configuration for optimal functionality
    • Troubleshoot hardware issues and implement solutions
    • Research and implement software updates to enhance system capacity and performance
    • Design, test, and support the daily operations of our VOIP system
    • Identify shortterm goals to enhance productivity in communications infrastructure
    • Optimize equipment functions for maximum efficiency
    • Conduct network analysis to improve security and prevent downtime
    • Stay updated on industry developments by researching new technologies

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, electronics engineering technology, computer science, information systems management, or related field
    • 5 to 8 years of IT industry experience with at least two years of VOIP expertise
    • Strong knowledge of IP networks and technologies including NAT, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, MPLS, and WAN
    • Proficiency in TCP/IP networking specifications, performance improvement techniques, network management tools, and methodologies
    • Familiarity with network topologies such as LANs, WANs, MANs, and wireless networks
    • Knowledge of Open Source VOIP solutions is a plus
    • Availability for 16x5 support and willingness to work from the office
    • Valid passport required
