- Good Knowledge of Excel & M.S word.
- Good Knowledge of Customer services.
- Good communication in writing & verbal.
- Co-ordination with shippers.
- Booking requirements, dispatch arrangements after booking received.
- Updation of vessel schedule as per booking receive from carrier/forwarder.
- Co-ordination with Carrier / Forwarders
- Booking placement with carriers and forwarders followup for bookings.
- Updation of haz dgd to carrier/forwarder in case of haz shipments.
- Followup for container inventory (in case of inventory issues)
- Co-ordination with Transporter.
- After updating booking / dispatch advise to transporter.
- Followup for container pickups & arrival at plants.
- Internal Co-ordinations with Ops team, Jnpt team, B/L Team.
