    Summary

    Are you passionate about how software is used to run global supply chains, the need for always-available services, and how AI is reshaping enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions? We are looking for experienced business applications focused software engineering managers to help establish and lead a new site for our market winning supply chain management service. This new team will form part of our existing global software engineering group.

    Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management is a market leading supply chain management solution built atop Microsoft's highly extensible ERP platform. We run supply chain operations for some of the world's largest and best-loved businesses, empowering them to deliver their products intelligently and efficiently. Our charter is to transform organizations to maximize business and employee impact in the moments that matter across Acquire to Dispose, Forecast to Plan, Inventory to Deliver, Order to Cash, Plan to Produce, Procure to Pay, and Product Lifecycle Management.

    Qualifications

    Must-haves:

  • Strong passion for business applications
  • Relevant qualifications or practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Advanced Sciences or equivalent
  • 10+ years of professional software development experience with 3+ years in building cloud-based SaaS applications
  • 3+ years of management experience specifically in people management and engineering/technical management
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong technical skills including understanding of object-oriented programming & design, algorithms, database concepts & performance, no-sql technologies and microservice architecture
  • Demonstrable coding, debugging, design, testing and problem-solving skills

    • Advantageous:

  • Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or other enterprise resource and planning (ERP) or customer relationship management (CRM) software experience
  • Model driven/canvas power apps development
  • Knowledge of microservices principles

    Responsibilities

  • Manage, motivate and grow a team of software engineers to thrive in developing business applications
  • Support the broader product group in product and feature development, as well as live-site operations
  • Drive feature development with focus on technical direction, quality, usability & performance leveraging data for making decisions
  • Participate in live-site operations with emphasis on timely response, delivery & satisfaction for stakeholders
  • Collaborate across internal & external stakeholders providing leadership and mentoring
