    Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern

    Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune

    Type: Internship (6 months)

    Mode: Work from Office

    Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday with alternate Saturdays off

    Stipend: Up to 10,000 INR per month

    Education: B.B.A. or M.B.A. in Human Resources Management or related field

    Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience

    Position Overview:

    As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Repos Energy, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment efforts of the organization. You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of talent acquisition while working closely with the HR team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop essential skills and knowledge in recruitment and HR processes within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals

    Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates

    Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

    Support in conducting interviews and assessments

    Assist in maintaining the applicant tracking system and updating candidate records

    Participate in recruitment events and campus drives as needed

    Provide administrative support to the HR team as required

    Requirements:

    Pursuing or recently completed a B.B.A. or M.B.A. in Human Resources Management or related field

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

    Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

    Positive attitude and willingness to learn
