Our flagship service includes qualitative data analysis services to healthcare market research organizations especially in North America and Europe. All myTranscriptionplace services are technology enabled and all services are delivered through our in-house platform Leading research agencies also use as a DIY solution for conducting synchronous research like focus groups and depth interviews.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative at myTranscriptionPlace. This position is responsible for increasing the outreach and demand for Flowres and myTranscriptionplace services/platforms. As a Sales Development Representative, you will own and manage the lead generation process independently. You will find the leads as per ICP, engage with potential customers, qualify leads, and build relationships to drive sales growth.

    The key result expected is the number of qualified prospects for our qualitative data analysis solution and flowres.

    Qualifications

    • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience in sales and business development for high end B2B services/ Saas Platforms
    • Experience in generating leads in North American and European markets
    • Exposure and understanding to market research industry in general and qualitative research in particular is a must
    • Strong persuasion abilities
    • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
    • Self-motivated and target-driven
    • Experience in Healthcare Market Research is a plus
    • Experience in handling CRM system like Hubspot is a plus
