    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Tele Sales to join our team. As a Tele Sales, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone. This is a junior-level position with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job is located in Borivali, Maharashtra, India and the employment type is Full-Time.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in tele sales or a similar role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to persuade and influence others
    • Good negotiation skills
    • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficient in using CRM software
    • Familiarity with sales techniques and principles

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Reach out to potential customers via telephone to generate new leads
    • Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and requirements
    • Provide information about our products and services to potential customers
    • Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
    • Maintain customer records and update the sales database
    • Handle customer objections and provide solutions
    • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals
    • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
