    ????Lawyered is developing a legal-tech platform to helpcommercial and private vehicle owners effortlessly tackle on-roadlegal issues on-the-spot, backed by our network of 70K lawyerscovering 98% of the pin-codes and tech-driveninterventions.


    Role Description

    We are looking for an experienced and results-drivenBusiness Manager (Regional) to execute a strategic plan of growthacross India.

    The Business Manager will play apivotal role in driving sales enablement within their assignedZones and managing channels to achieve targeted salesobjectives.


    KeyResponsibilities

    1. Enterprise Deal Closure:
      • Identify, profile, build, and close largeenterprise deals within the logistics industry.
      • Drive strategic partnerships to enhance Lawyered's marketpresence.
    2. Customer Acquisition:
      • Organize and monitor efforts to acquire newcustomers in respective zones.
      • Develop andimplement effective customer acquisition strategies.
    3. Sales TargetsAchievement:
      • Meet assignedtargets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives inpartner accounts.
      • Implement sales plans andinitiatives to achieve set targets.
    4. RelationshipManagement:
      • Responsible forday-to-day relationship management of channel partners.
      • Build, maintain, and manage relationships with currentand prospective channel partners.
    5. ConflictResolution:
      • Managedirect/channel conflict by fostering excellent communicationbetween the channel and direct teams.
      • Ensuresmooth collaboration and coordination between different saleschannels.
    6. Partner Planning Process:
      • Participate in a partner planning process todevelop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, andcritical milestones associated with a productive partnerrelationship.

    Qualifications

    1) Essential:

    • 10+ years of experience in B2B &Channel Sales.
    • MBA or equivalentqualification.
    • Proven experience in drivingchannel sales, preferably within the same product category andchannel.
    • Experience in the Logistics industryis a must.
    • Driven, highly motivated, andresults-driven.
    • Excellent communication,negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Time management and planning skills.
    • People management experience.

    2) Desirable:

    • Market knowledge in Finance, Insurance,Logistics, SCM, Banking(not core), Automation
    • Proficiency in English and regional languages.
    • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functionalteam.
