- Meet assignedtargets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives inpartner accounts.
- Implement sales plans andinitiatives to achieve set targets.
- RelationshipManagement:
- Responsible forday-to-day relationship management of channel partners.
- Build, maintain, and manage relationships with currentand prospective channel partners.
- ConflictResolution:
- Managedirect/channel conflict by fostering excellent communicationbetween the channel and direct teams.
- Ensuresmooth collaboration and coordination between different saleschannels.
- Partner Planning Process:
- Participate in a partner planning process todevelop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, andcritical milestones associated with a productive partnerrelationship.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B &Channel Sales.
- MBA or equivalentqualification.
- Proven experience in drivingchannel sales, preferably within the same product category andchannel.
- Experience in the Logistics industryis a must.
- Driven, highly motivated, andresults-driven.
- Excellent communication,negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- People management experience.
