    Responsibilities:


    • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the contact center industry.
    • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decisionmakers at target companies, including Clevel executives and senior management.
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new business opportunities.
    • Lead the development of compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful execution of client engagements.
    • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients, maximizing revenue and profitability.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, optimize performance, and deliver exceptional customer value.
    • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
    • Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to inform business strategy and decisionmaking.
