    Graebel is currently seeking a Relocation Support Specialist to ensure prompt and accurate invoicing for GRSW clients.

    We are looking for a Relocation Support Specialist who thrives on assisting and engaging with customers, with a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. Given the fast-paced and high-volume nature of our work, strong organizational skills and efficient time management are crucial. As we operate in a team-centric environment with shared responsibilities, a proactive and self-motivated approach is essential.

    Essential Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service across various platforms
  • Address inbound queries from relocating transferees globally regarding the platform, procedures, and policies via a shared mailbox
  • Assist transferees and internal finance team in resolving expense-related issues
  • Provide personalized support to transferees as necessary
  • Ensure thorough follow-up and proper escalation of issues
  • Perform administrative tasks such as sending service orders, managing real estate referrals, researching expense reports, and obtaining travel quotes
  • Interact with internal and external client contacts
  • Explore revenue opportunities through Home Sale and Purchase programs for certain clients
  • Inform transferees about relocation support services available through the CitySwitcher program for specific clients
  • Contribute to enhancing internal processes for both the company and transferees
  • Offer suggestions for process refinement and development
  • Support implementation of new operational procedures and products
  • Fulfill additional duties as required

  • Demonstrated track record in customer service
  • Previous office experience with email as the primary communication channel
  • Genuine passion for assisting others and delivering exceptional support
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries daily
  • Strong team player, fostering a collaborative environment for shared learning
  • Capacity to work independently and drive tasks to completion
  • Clear and concise communication skills for addressing detailed questions via email and verbally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
