    The Role

    The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and effectively selling our products/services. This position involves a combination of strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship management to meet and exceed sales targets.

    • Your responsibilities will include:
    • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and outreach.
    • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products/services.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Sales Negotiation: Conduct negotiations to close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
    • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive sales activities.
    • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business goals.
    • Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.

    Ideal Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
    • Ability to understand client needs and present effective solutions.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
    • Industry-specific knowledge and understanding of client needs.
    • Sales or business-related certifications.
    • Experience with B2B sales.
