    Description

    Work Profile: Field Sales Executive (RU)

    Ensuring Category business grows on platform

    Category Mobile, Large Appliances, Furniture and Electronics

    Post Onboarding, we have to ensure Seller brings Varieties of Listing

    e.g: Mobile Seller should get more models

    Furniture sellers should get more sofa/table/bed designs

    Should get more screen guard, case covers, better designs of case cover, new items

    related to Mobile

    (These are just examples and not only requirements)

    Main Job Description Includes but not limited to:

    Must work on Field

    Daily reporting to office and with task we wil go to field to work

    Major work will start from onboarding of merchants/sellers/distributors

    Then building a team of sellers who will be aligned with you

    Need to ensure they grow under your leadership

    Checking growth

    Selection

    Sales from the region

    Optimization of cost of doing business

    Advertisement

    Candidates should be briefed about their job role:
