2. Position Overview: As an International Sales Executive for Absorbents Products, your primary responsibility will be to develop and expand sales in global markets for the company's range of absorbents products. You will work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and international distributors to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, identifying new market opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
3. Key Responsibilities:
a) Sales Strategy Development:
Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and assess competitive landscape.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and set sales targets.
Identify key growth opportunities and provide input on product development and pricing strategies.
b) International Market Expansion:
Identify and prioritize international markets with high growth potential for absorbents products.
Establish and maintain relationships with international distributors, agents, and key customers.
Identify and evaluate potential partners for distribution agreements or joint ventures.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in international markets.
Sales and Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Conduct regular sales visits and product presentations to existing and prospective clients.
Negotiate sales contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Provide product training and technical support to clients and distributors as needed.
c) Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Recommend sales strategies and initiatives based on market insights and performance analysis.
d) Trade Shows and Exhibitions:
Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
Network with potential clients, industry professionals, and key decision-makers.
Showcase products and services to generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
4. Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in international sales, preferably in the absorbents products industry.
Excellent understanding of global market dynamics and export/import regulations.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and distributors from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related tools.
