    Description
    Overview The SalesEngineer plays a crucial role in the organization by combiningtechnical knowledge with sales skills to provide presales supportto the sales team. This position is vital in understanding customerrequirements communicating product capabilities and bridging thegap between technical and sales teams to driverevenue.KeyResponsibilities
    • Collaborate withsales teams to understand customer requirements and providetechnical support
    • Conduct product presentationsand demonstrations to potential clients
    • Addresstechnical queries and concerns from customers during the salesprocess
    • Develop and deliver technical proposalsand solutions
    • Participate in the design andcustomization of products to meet customerneeds
    • Assist in the preparation of RFPs RFIsand RFQs
    • Stay updated on product knowledge andindustry trends
    • Provide feedback to the productdevelopment team based on customerinteractions
    • Collaborate with the sales team todevelop and implement salesstrategies
    • Participate in negotiations andcontract discussions with customers
    • Support thepostsales process by ensuring successful product implementation andcustomer satisfaction
    • Contribute to thedevelopment of sales collateral and technicaldocumentation
    • Attend industry events and tradeshows to represent the company
    • Work closelywith crossfunctional teams including engineering and marketing todrive sales initiatives
    RequiredQualifications
    • Bachelor s degree inEngineering Computer Science or relatedfield
    • Proven experience in a sales engineeringor technical sales role
    • Strong technicalknowledge of relevant products orservices
    • Excellent communication andpresentation skills
    • Ability to understand andtranslate customer requirements into technicalsolutions
    • Demonstrated problemsolving andanalytical capabilities
    • Proficiency in salestools CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeSuite
    • Proven track record of meeting andexceeding sales targets
    • Capability to workindependently and as part of a team
    • Strongnegotiation and persuasion skills
    • Ability totravel as needed for client meetings and industryevents
    • Understanding of market trends andcompetitor activities
    • Experience in preparingtechnical proposals and bids
    • Detailorientedwith strong organizationalskills
    • Customerfocused mindset with acommitment to customersatisfaction
