    OverallObjective of theJob:

    Playsa crucial role in the business development and proposal process.This position involves coordinating and responding to Requests forProposals ensuring timely and accurate submissions andcollaborating with crossfunctional teams to create compellingproposals that meet clientrequirements.

    RoleandResponsibilities:

    • Qualify& Follow prospective leads with newclients
    • Developingnew industry segments &geographies
    • Developand execute strategies based on a consultative problemsolvingapproach
    • Carryall the stakeholders to understand the client its needs pain areas& all aspects of businessopportunities
    • Curatecustomized problem based solutions for clients of diverse industrysegment
    • Deliberatethe solution commercial alignment and ensure PSIPL has the firstright of refusal from the clients at alltimes
    • Formulatetransition plans & ensure seamless execution of the sameinvolving all stakeholders
    • Feedmarket insights to the management & all internalstakeholders
    • Contributeto augment & develop new solutions for IFM & NewTechnologyinitiatives
    • Createmore champions & take up new challenges/ biggerroles
    • Effective& structured leadmanagement
    • Leadthe endtoend development of highquality and tailored proposals inresponse toRFPs.
    • Stayinformed about industry trends competitor activities and clientneeds to enhance proposalcompetitiveness.
    • Maintaina comprehensive database of RFPs proposals andoutcomes.


    Requirements

    10years of proven experience insales/BD Provenexperience in RFP response proposal development or a similarrole.
