    We are seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join our global team and support our offices in Vietnam, Thailand, and India. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our HR strategy, fostering employee engagement, and driving business growth across multiple locations.

    This is a full-time on-site role. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee relations, recruitment, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law. The role will be based in Faridabad.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, in particular for newly set up furniture manufacturing unit.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to the management team, providing guidance on HR-related matters and fostering strong working relationships.
    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to attract, develop, and retain talent.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities.
    • Drive performance management initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and goal alignment.
    • Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
    • Partner with stakeholders to implement policies and procedures that comply with local regulations and promote a positive work environment.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a focus on supporting multiple locations.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India. Additional experience with Vietnam and Thailand preferred.
    • Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle recruitment processes, particularly in the furniture production industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels of the organization.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
    • Fluency in English and proficiency in Hindi is highly desirable.
    • Strong knowledge of HR policies and best practices
    • Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
    • Familiarity with labor and employment law
    • Ability to perform performance management processes
    • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships
