    Senior Business Development Executive- (Experience 2-4years)


    Job Description:

    A senior business development executive is responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the growth of the business.

    The ideal candidates should also have experience in utilizing prospecting channels such as LinkedIn, Cold calling, and Email outreach to generate leads and schedule appointments.


    Responsibilities:

    The role of a Senior Business Development Executive is to assist the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.

    He/She should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.

    The primary role and responsibilities of a Business Development Executive include:

    Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
    Keep prospective client databases updated.
    Make cold calls for new business leads.
    Support in writing new business proposals.
    Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered by the company.
    Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
    Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.


    Competencies and Skills Required:

    Experience required:

    • 2 to 4 years of experience in IT services sales, with a focus on International markets (US, UK).
    Excellent communication skills.
    Strong relationship-building abilities with a customer-centric approach.
    Proficiency in prospecting channels like LinkedIn, Cold calling, and Email to identify and engage potential clients.
    Must have good negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
    Must be detail oriented and an active listener.
    Ability to work under pressure and confidence to take up ambitious goals.
