    Marconix is Bangalore Headquartered Sales/Business Management Company that helps clients enhance growth and profitability by providing all BM services like Sales Outsourcing, Business General Management and Sales Consultation on time with global standard, which is one of the prime disruption these days for client/s in meeting client expectation and delivery on time.

    Marconix is Sales Outsourcing Start-up founded with vision to established SPO Company, which can serve industry as true partner as well as emerge as growth advisors.

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Development and Innovation leaders to join our team.

    This role will be responsible for designing and curating various sales outsourcing products, conducting market research, developing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, testing pilot projects, and optimizing service based on feedback.


    • This role will be leading sales outsourcing vertical for various clients' domains.
    • Driving organisation P&L and growth under the vision of the organisation.
    • Building strategy & driving entire sales and support team to make sure growth goal for all clients are getting met on time.
    • Emphasis is on providing business insights and managing end to end project delivery
    • Structure service solution based on detail analytics to address business of clients.
    • Provide business acumen and hypothesis for issues of clients
    • Effectively guide the team around quality service delivery on time
    • Documenting and presenting work directly to clients as required
    • Liaison and build relationships with the Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or any relevant domain are welcome to apply
    • 68 years experience, preferably in large sales management consulting or from Corporate with passion to work in startup organisation.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • People Manager with demonstrated leadership ability and willingness to take initiative
    • Strong record of achievement, solid market exposure, and an entrepreneurial handson approach to work.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    What we offer :

    The engagement will be purely based on equity stake and revenue sharing, with no fixed salary or market compensation.

    As a Co-founder, you will have the opportunity to directly influence the success and growth of the company and share in its financial I am open to the option of the Co-Founder joining me part-time initially and continuing with their existing job, which will obviously reflect in the equity that you will draw.


    • The expected commitment is 3040 hours per week, with a hybrid contribution.
