    Are you an experienced Senior Delivery Manager looking to be part of a global leader in People Science and Technology? If so, SHL is the place for you In the role of Senior Delivery Manager at SHL, you will be accountable for the delivery of SHL products and services that may be delivered by multiple teams and needs effective planning and coordination.

    What you will be doing:
  • Remove blockers and manage risks, commercials, budgets, and people.
  • Balance objectives and can redeploy people and resources as priorities change.
  • Be accountable for comprehending, managing, and communicating to involved stakeholder.
  • Be the initial escalation point for the programme and must have an awareness of the bigger picture.
  • The manager will assist the Engineering managers and Engineering Heads by overseeing the delivery of their vision for the programme.
    • What we are looking for from you:

    Essential:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Extensive Agile and Lean practices experience
  • Guiding teams through the full product life cycle
  • Improving & maintaining delivery momentum.
    • Desirable:
  • Excellent Community collaboration.
  • Testing involved processes and guide teams through the implementation of a new process.
