    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth.


    Assistant Sales Manager Responsibilities:

    • Set clear performance objectives and provide effective recognition, feedback and coaching to achieve expected results.
    • Lead the training, coaching and motivation of the associate team to improve selling metrics and the customer experience.
    • Support the General Manager, Sales & Customer Experience in recruiting, hiring and onboarding of seasonal and regular associates.
    • Participate in the planning and execution of Employee Education Clinics, including follow-up activities and skill exercises to ensure associate development.
    • Provide feedback to the Buyers regarding product mix, trends and needs based on customer feedback and selling performance.
    • Assist the General Manager, Sales & Customer Experience with store scheduling, weekly communications and team announcements.
    • Assist the office staff with daily banking activities – deposits and change orders – in addition to supply ordering.
    • Adhere to and hold the associate team accountable to all company policies and procedures.
    • Lead loss prevention methods and critical controls to minimize lost revenue.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned and necessary for the Assistant Sales Manager role.

    Desire Profile of the Candidate:
    Between the ages of 24 and 40

    Eligibility:
    Any Graduation

    1 to 6 years of field sales and marketing experience is required.
    Must have a professional appearance.
    Candidates with experience in human resource management will be given preference.
