- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on targeting highnetworth individuals, family offices, wealth management firms, and other affluent segments of the market.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the wealth management industry, including financial advisors, investment managers, and private bankers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with wealth management firms and financial institutions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to promote AstaGuru's services to the wealth management community.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth within the highnetworth segment.
- Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively engage with highnetworth clients.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Represent AstaGuru Auction House at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and build relationships within the wealth management community.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree or CFA designation preferred.
- Minimum of 1520 years of experience in sales management within the wealth management industry, with a proven track record of success in managing highnetworth client relationships managing an AUM of 1000 cr + .
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationshipbuilding abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
