    Description
    Looking for candidates having the experience with Front end Customer interaction.


    Must to have :
    Excellent written and verbal communication.

    1 to 2 years application support experience

    • Understanding customer issues and providing quick resolution via direct communication, mail, chat, phone etc.
    • Working in experience in multi team environment
    • P2P application monitoring and support
    • Handling/notifying application/network issues
    • Able to categories issues/tickets and reach out to needed team members quickly
    • Reporting skills to provide daily /weekly/monthly reports and highlighting any issues to next levels
    • Good English and Hindi communication skills and good interpersonnel skills.
    • Articulate and writing skills
    • Desirable: MySQL/SQL Database, cloud platform, any programming knowledge such as .Net etc.

    Education :

    Graduate :
    B.Tech/B.E. preferably Comp/IT graduate, BCA, B.Sc. (IT)

    Experience : 1 to 2 years' experience working in support/developer role.
