    Invitingapplications for the role of AVP Channel partnerAcquisition

    KeyResponsibilities

    • Startingsales and developing business in the targeted cluster byestablishing and building an SME customer base in Supply ChainFinanceverticals.
    • IncreasingSME (Dealer/Vendor) customer base across strategic andopportunistic locations in theregion.
    • Tomaintain good relationships with the anchors regional ¢ral SPOCs as well as BankSpocs
    • Evaluateoptional plans by identifying outcomes and potentialreturns.
    • Increasingthe share of the SME/MSME wallet onboarding the customer acrossmultiple products credit services etc by driving execution ofcredit facilities between lender anchor and channelpartner
    • ManagingPan India or large regional level sales teams to drive sales beatand maintain a high degree of direct connect with Platinum SMEClients in eachlocation
    • Troubleshootproblems of team members and guide RSMs and Sales officers indriving betoutcomes.

    • 810years of experience in managing SME / MSMErelationships.
    • FlairforSales
    • Soundunderstanding of finance & financials as well as bankingand corporate financeproducts
    • Strongpedigree / academicbackground
    • Goodwith numbers Insights and be able to analyse balance sheets andP&L
    • Extremelyselfdriven & hardworking with the ability to leadteams
    • Excellentcommunication skills and mantoman salesskills.
    • Canwork in highpressure situations and is completely handson; has theknack to hustle and get the jobdone.
    • Willingnessto travel for at least 3 days a week and fluency in multiple Indianlanguages (English and Hindi is a must knowledge of any othersouthern or western languages will be abonus)
    • Teammanagementexperience


    Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strongproblem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challengingcustomer situations. Exceptional communication skills, both writtenand verbal. Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and makedata-driven decisions. Proficient in customer support software andtools. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for deliveringoutstanding service.
