    Description

    We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales of our innovative Audio-Visual products to corporate clients in the Gurugram (Gurgaon) area. You will build relationships with key decision-makers like IT Managers, Infrastructure Managers, and IT Procurement In-charges, showcasing our solutions and securing new business opportunities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets for Audio Visual products.
    • Conduct prospecting research to identify potential corporate clients in Greater Noida West.
    • Schedule and conduct effective sales meetings with IT Managers, Infrastructure Managers, and IT Procurement In-charges.
    • Understand client needs and deliver compelling presentations showcasing how your Audio-Visual solutions can solve their challenges.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring adherence to company pricing and terms.
    • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
    • Maintain strong working relationships with existing and new clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Any Graduate Degree (freshers can apply).
    • Strong sales drive and a proven ability to achieve or exceed targets (prior sales experience a plus, but not mandatory).
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing.
    • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Possession of a valid two-wheeler license and a reliable bike is mandatory.
    • Possession of a personal laptop suitable for work purposes is required.
    • Knowledge of Audio-Visual products and technologies (a plus).
    • Understanding of IT purchasing processes (a plus).
    • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Competitive salary range: 12, ,000 per month (fixed) + attractive incentive package based on performance.
