    Description

    The perfect candidate is someone who is driven, well-organized, and has a solid grasp of prospecting and nurturing strong customer relationships.

    Responsibilities

    • Devising and implementing strategies to boost business in current and new markets
    • Conducting thorough market research to spot sales opportunities and assess customer needs
    • Pursuing new sales leads through methods like cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media
    • Arranging meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements
    • Creating tailored sales approaches for different clients
    • Supervising digital marketing initiatives across various channels like SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, and Display
    • Researching market trends, target audiences, and competitors to enhance consumer engagement and conversions
    • Analyzing digital marketing reports and collaborating with the team to refine strategies
    • Remaining updated on new digital tools, platforms, and marketing trends to share knowledge with the team
    • Brainstorming with the team to develop fresh and effective growth tactics

    Qualifications

    We require candidates with a Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or Mass Communication from a recognized institution.

    • A strong portfolio showcasing successful digital marketing campaigns is a big plus. The ability to handle pressure while managing multiple clients is essential. Must be highly creative, possess strong analytical skills, and have excellent organizational abilities alongside effective time management
    • At least 3 years of sales experience
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
