    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service. The role involves calling leads who have already expressed interest in doing business with us and guiding them to schedule a meeting with our managers. This is not a cold-calling job; it's about nurturing interested leads and helping them understand the value of partnering with us.

    Salary: 15,000+ Incentives

    Timings: Flexible

    Work Location: Work from Home

    Requirements & Experience: None Required- Freshers May also apply

    Responsibilities:

    • Contact leads who have shown interest in our business to provide them with more information and assist them in setting up meetings with our managers.
    • Understand the needs of the leads and effectively communicate the benefits of doing business with us.
    • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling inquiries and follow-ups.
    • Keep accurate records of all interactions with leads in our CRM system.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Comfortable with back-to-back calling and managing multiple leads.
    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
    • Flexibility to work as per your schedule.
    • No prior work experience required; freshers are welcome to apply.
