    JoVE ) is a USA-based company producing video solutions with the mission to advance scientific research and education. Our institutional clients comprise over 1,000 universities, colleges, and biopharma companies, including such leaders like Harvard, MIT, Yale, and Stanford. As a rapidly growing company, with offices in the USA, UK, Australia, and India servicing clients in over 60 countries, we are seeking talented individuals to join our company.

    Role:

    We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive the creation and delivery of unique market positioning and sales enablement for our portfolio of solutions across research, library, education, and professional segments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing a product and the ability to work collaboratively with sales, product management, customer success and marketing teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create compelling product messaging based on the value proposal for JoVE
    • Build and maintain customer personas and create product marketing materials that correspond to each stage of the buyer journey.
    • Create strong marketing collateral, copy and sales enablement materials based on research, customer insights, product development details, and technical language.
    • Lead internal and external launch of new products/services with a focus on customer acquisition.
    • Compose and maintain a library for sales training and enablement tools including sell sheets, FAQs, competitive positioning, training and internal awareness communications.
    • Compose content and manage the external marketing assets including brochures, case studies, customer presentations, newsletters, research briefs, and speaking engagements.
    • Partner with marketing teams to drive the messaging in premium content such as infographics, product videos, webinars and other lead-gen campaign activities.

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of work experience in B2B product marketing
    • Experience in a sales enablement, product marketing or related role in the technology, education or research field/market
    • Advanced communication and listening skills to interact with and work with a wide range of people and functions
    • Knowledge of go-to-market (GTM) launch activities through the full lifecycle.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • A great attitude - willingness to learn new skills, take initiative, and collaborate across teams.
    • Knowledge of Google products, WordPress, HubSpot and Microsoft Office Suite
    • High level of English speaking and writing is a must; other European languages a plus (i.e. Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, etc).
    • Creative and organized thinker, self-starter, motivated and highly flexible.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment with shifting priorities.

    The working hours will be 3 pm - 11 pm IST.
