Intellecto Global Services is looking for a Telecaller agent for it's sister company Intellimindz , a leading Software training Institute

The Role

Generate leads to develop business from different sources.

Supporting marketing activities through mailing and cold calling.

Maintain reports and update the management on the status of all the prospects.

Making outbound calls for generating leads.

Ability to develop maintain positive working relationship with client.

Follow up with incoming leads.

Establish, develop and maintain the business relationship with the prospective customer in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization.

Interacting with the customers and providing them the information about the company services.

Competencies / Skill Requirements

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Should possess good listening skills and customer handling skills.

Ability to handle pressure.

Good MS Office knowledge.

Any Industry / Tele calling Experience is an added advantage.

Female candidates only.

Ideal Profile

You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the Software / SaaS industry.
You have working knowledge of telecalling, communication skills, cold calling, convincing skills and target oriented
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
