    Description

    KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:

    BIM Management

    • Manages earlystage projectimplementation (central file welcome screen ghost)
    • Develop project specific BIM standards andQA/QC
    • Compliant with Employer InformationRequirement (EIRs)
    • Compliant with EmployersLevel of Information (LOI) requirement
    • Compliant with Master Information Delivery Plan(MIDP)
    • Advanced knowledge and experience inAutodesk Revit & Navisworks Manage
    • Excellent in Common Data Environment (CDE)
    • Excellent in BIM collaboration with project stakeholderusing cloud platform i.e. BIM 360
    • Provideprogress and performance updates as required by e.g. Clients andDesign Director.
    • Issue and respond to allformal correspondences related to BIM activities.
    • Develop and support proposal leads in Request forProposals (RFP) e.g. clarifications technical write up level ofefforts.
    • Develop and enforce BIM documentationand workflow process standards as per end clientsrequirement.

    Package DeliveryLead

    • Manage support and validateproject design delivery e.g. modeling detailing scheduling andextraction.
    • Review monitor and report on thedevelopment of clash interference and coordinated models withDesign Leads for resolution and closure.
    • Develop the process perform measure and ensure thehighest quality for all BIM model package submissions in accordancewith Project standards and requirements
    • Collaborate and coordinate with the Project delivery teamdesignchanges and model challenges.
    • Preparevalidation reports for milestone BIM packagesubmissions.
    • Monitor and support the datacollection process and validate Asset Information Models (AIMs)with Maintenance Management System (MMS) requirements e.g.Construction Operation Building Information Exchange (COBie) and/orClient Specific requirements.
    • Manage andsupport object(s) creation and maintain libraries according to therelevant Project(s) and stage(s) as needed.
    • Perform other responsibilities associated with thisposition as may be appropriate.
    • Manage andensure Project Information Models (PIMs) are delivered inaccordance with the agreed TIDP MIDP and CDEprotocol.

    KNOWLEDGE ANDEXPERIENCE:

    • At least 10years experience in Design Consultancy or reputed Contractor forbuildings project delivery.
    • Experience in ThemePark project preferably
    • At least 7 yearsexperience in BIM Implementation on major projects orprogram.
    • Proficient with BIM authoring andproprietary software applications such as: Revit Civil 3D DynamoGrasshopper Navisworks BIM 360 Glue/Field or similar applications
    • Possess excellent English communication skillswith an ability to form effective relationship with projectdelivery team Client and Contractor.
    • Excellentwriting skills in preparing letters technical instructionsanalytical reports and presentations. Preferably with experience inMiddle East/Gulf Countries
