- Execute and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for home refurbishment and inventory management operations, to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.
- Identify and onboard vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and costeffective completion of deals.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, enabling us to offer the best homes to customers
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the buyer journey and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead the coordination of property operations, providing valuable support to buyers throughout the closing process to facilitate successful transactions.
- Build & manage a support team for the operations function
- 4+ years of relevant work experience, with a focus on operations and procurement.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve targets.
- Detailoriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

The Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing their operations function to ensure the seamless execution of property acquisition, refurbishment, and buyer operations processes.
