    Description
    We are looking for a passionate and experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our marketing team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our affiliate marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate sales while aligning with our mission of social impact.

    You will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with affiliate partners, optimizing program performance, and contributing to our overall marketing and business goals.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy that aligns with our startup's mission, target audience, and business objectives.
    • Affiliate Recruitment and Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and influencers who resonate with our brand's values and impact goals. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing affiliates.
    • Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance and effectiveness. Utilize datadriven insights to optimize campaigns, improve affiliate activities, and increase ROI.
    • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all affiliate campaigns. Communicate regularly with affiliates, providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and motivation to succeed.

    Collaborate with the content team to create compelling affiliate marketing materials, including banners, landing pages, and promotional content tailored to different affiliate segments.
