    Description

    Real Estate Lead Generation Experience is must.

    Location: Gurgaon (in-office)

    Pay Range: 50, ,000 per month (range may go upwards depending upon experience level & skill set, past payroll etc.)

    Requirement: Functioning Laptop

    Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Mon - Sat

    Leaves: 14 Casual Leaves, 12 Sick Leaves, 2 Restricted Holiday in a calendar year & 2 work from home every month, 2nd & 4th Saturday work from home every month.

    Real Estate Lead Generation Experience is must. At least 1.5+ years of consistent work experience in lead generation and performance marketing space.

    Big Growth Digital is a 360° Performance Marketing Agency located in Gurugram, specializing in enabling our clients to create a unique identity and build structured channels to reach their customers. We boost sales and build strong lead funnels for our clients by using platforms like Facebook, Instagram, , Google Ads, and Programmatic Bidding.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager (Real Estate). The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, , Google Ads, and Programmatic Bidding for our real estate clients. The Performance Marketing Manager will also be required to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and work with cross-functional teams.

    Qualifications

    • Digital Marketing strategy and execution skills
    • Expertise in using platforms like Facebook, Instagram, , and Google Ads, and Programmatic Bidding
    • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns accordingly
    • Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in Real Estate digital marketing is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field
