    Job Overview

    We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. This is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales or a similar role
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Negotiation and closing skills
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficient in using CRM software
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable staffing solutions
    • Present and promote our services to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition
    • Achieve sales targets and quotas, actively seeking new business opportunities
    • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
    • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
    • Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics to identify potential business opportunities
    • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
