    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Inside Sales Head to lead and manage our inside sales team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals & drive business growth.


    Leadership and Team Management:

    • Lead, motivate, and manage the inside sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Foster a highperformance culture, providing coaching, training, and professional development opportunities for team members. Conduct regular performance reviews and set goals for continuous improvement.

    Sales Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and organizational objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.

    Cross Functional Relationship Management:

    • Work closely with the customer support team to enhance the overall customer experience.

    Sales Process Optimization:
    Implement and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.


    Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting:

    • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and dashboards. Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and potential opportunities or challenges.
