    Atomberg Technologies - Key Account Manager - CSD/CPC Channel - West Zone

    Atomberg Technologies is a Consumer Appliances company that was started by IIT & IIM graduates.

    We started our exciting journey with energy-efficient fans and will be present in multiple categories in the next couple of years.

    Fans are based on our patent-pending BLDC motor technology, which saves more than 65% of electricity.

The target is to reach 1200 crores by FY Current product line includes fans, mixer grinders & smart locks, and future product lines will include several other categories across home and kitchen appliances.

    Position:
    Key Account Manager - CSD/CPC Channel - Mumbai (West Zone +HO operations)


    Role responsibilities:


    • Develop the annual account plan (JBP), sales & portfolio growth plan, new product launch plan and expense budgeting for the account / set of accounts in line with company business objectives.
    • Drive the achievement of Volume and Value targets in CSD/CPC channel
    • Continuously monitor, report, and take appropriate action along with quarterly performance review (Internal team/Accounts)
    • Ensure timely fulfilment & high fill-rate across CSD/CPC depots in coordination with supply chain/logistics
    • Coordinate with CSD Team to ensure effective merchandizing across all CSD/CPC canteens.
    • Ensure high rate of account renewals with favourable terms of trade.
    • Identify & onboard new national accounts and setup favourable terms of trade
    • Create & manage excellent business relationships in HO for all national accounts and build a favourable company image in the Consumer Durable Space.
    • Ensure commercial hygiene for the account- finance meetings, claim release & settlement follow-ups & meetings, Agency management, Account reconciliation
    • Track competition activities in the channel and counter actions.
    • Responsible for new product listing and effective stakeholder management with CSD and CPC head office.
    Desired Candidate Profile:


    • Expertise around leading CSD/CPC accounts/portfolio of West Zone.
    • Proven & deep knowledge of sales & distribution system (preferred in FMCG, Consumer Durables space)


    • Strong financial understanding

    • P&L, driving profitability, account reconciliation, ROI measures etc.
    • An analytical mindset and methodical approach extensive excel and business presentation skills.
    • Acute attention to accuracy and detail.
    • Excellent networking, assertive communication & excellent stakeholder management skills.
    Desired Experience Level & Qualification : MBA with 3-4 years of relevant work experience in Consumer Durables, FMCG space
