- Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations, including employee record management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and programs to foster a positive work culture.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including recruitment agencies, background check providers, and HR software vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of services.
- Create visually appealing flyers and promotional materials for internal and external events, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns. Branding on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company branding guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
