    Job description


    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Drive offline lead generation through rigorous cold calling and meeting potential clients/corporates/organizations
    • Drive offline lead generation through relationship commercial property owner/Building Managers
    • Audit of commercial properties and integration on the platform
    • Identify/Onboard/Develop Channel partners
    • Periodic market research for finding different avenues for demand,
    • Effective data mining for generating prospects
    • Understand the clients requirements and tailorpitch the product portfolio accordingly
    • Efficient Planning and Executing marketsite visits within assigned region, maintain and review
    • Maintain and review monthly Sales Tracker of accounts and targets
    • Share regular feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing and other factors influencing onground sales

    Required Skills:
    Smart and confident with good communication skills (Both hindi & english), Business Development, Sales, Target Oriented, Interpersonal skills, Good observation skills
