    Job Overview

    We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers. This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience in a business development or sales role
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Knowledge of the talent acquisition industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking
    • Create and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
    • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with prospective clients
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for business growth
    • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify new market opportunities
    • Prepare and present sales reports to the management team
    • Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
