- Lead the harmonization of Revenue Marketing events strategy for owned and third-party events, emphasizing roadshows, conferences, and virtual events.
- Develop a comprehensive event strategy with standardized evaluation metrics. Manage all event aspects including budgeting, vendor liaison, and logistics.
- Establish and track event timelines, ensuring tasks are completed punctually. Maintain a detailed lead interaction database and provide feedback on lead quality.
- Manage weekly and monthly sales qualified leads targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution. Create engaging events for diverse markets while upholding a unified global experience.
- Set KPIs and metrics to gauge event success, evaluating attendance rates, engagement, and ROI.
- 5-7 years of event marketing, field marketing, or agency experience, ideally in a global setting (Prior SaaS/Tech marketing exposure is beneficial).
- Innovative thinker capable of devising unique event concepts. Detail-oriented with adept project management and written communication skills.
- Skilled cross-functional collaborator experienced in global operations. Proficient in budget management, negotiation, and vendor relations.
