- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the captive and GCC markets.
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and maximize sales opportunities.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities and expand the client base in the specified regions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company, maintaining a high level of performance and productivity.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development roles, preferably within the captive / IT Sales
- Strong understanding of captive insurance structures and regulations is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic or other languages spoken within the GCC region is a plus.
