    Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team, specializing in Captive/GCC sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships within the captive and IT/Solution Sales. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of driving sales growth in the specified regions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the captive and GCC markets.
    2. Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and maximize sales opportunities.
    3. Actively pursue new business opportunities and expand the client base in the specified regions.
    4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients.
    5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
    6. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key stakeholders.
    7. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
    8. Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company, maintaining a high level of performance and productivity.
    9. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to management.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
    2. Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development roles, preferably within the captive / IT Sales
    3. Strong understanding of captive insurance structures and regulations is highly desirable.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    5. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
    6. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
    8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    9. Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic or other languages spoken within the GCC region is a plus.
