    Description

    The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify partnership opportunities.
    • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
    • Maintain existing business.
    • Think critically when planning to assure project success.
    • Service Presentation and Marketing: Execute the presentation and marketing strategies for services, including the creation and distribution of promotional materials such as leaflets.
    • Proposal and Concept Note Development: Construct detailed proposals and concept notes that outline strategic plans and objectives.
    • Business Operations Explanation: Provide clear explanations of business operations, ensuring comprehension of the business's core functions.
    • Guidance on Incorporation Process: Offer guidance on the incorporation process, addressing inquiries and educating on legal requirements.
    • Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Take charge of drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring clarity and precision in terms and conditions.
    • Departmental Technicalities Acumen: Develop an understanding of the technical aspects of various departments, including ERP, SOM, F&A, Compliance, IT, and Administration.
    • Interdepartmental Liaison: Serve as a liaison among departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
    • Engagement with Group Entities: Engage with group entities such as India Connected to foster collaborative relationships.
    • Lead Management from Ecosystem: Efficiently manage and follow up on leads received from the business ecosystem.

    Preferred Candidate:

    • Candidates with a strong comprehension of departments such as Finance & Accounting, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Legal, and Human Resources Consulting will be favored. Preference will be given to those who have experience in providing at least three of these services to clients.
    • The individual will be entrusted with leads, which they are expected to successfully convert. Additionally, they will collaborate with current clients to enhance revenue generation, leveraging their strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree/MBA or equivalent experience
    • Minimum 9 years' prior industry related business development experience
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
    • Focused and goal oriented.
