    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and address market demands.
    • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services to potential clients.
    • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
    • Prepare and present business proposals, including pricing strategies and value propositions.
    • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • MBA preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
    • Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
