Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the IT and Telecom business sector.
The ideal candidate will excel in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic business plans, conducting thorough market research, and cultivating strong relationships with clients and OEM partners.
Additionally, the Business Development Manager will be tasked with achieving sales targets, both through acquiring new clients (hunting) and nurturing existing relationships (farming).
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT and Telecom sector.
Develop and implement effective business strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and OEM partners.
Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals and contracts.
Achieve new logo acquisition targets through proactive sales efforts.
Meet and exceed sales targets through a combination of new client acquisition and existing account management.
Preferred Qualifications:
2 to 3 years of experience in IT sales, preferably within the Telecom industry.
Bachelor's degree in any field with a strong understanding of IT Sales and Telecom.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
Experience in dealing with corporate customers and a deep understanding of telecom and IT solutions.
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies.
