- Drive Business Development initiatives in the Solar & ESS EPC space by engaging with private sector and public sector companies.
- Identify potential customers, generate and convert leads into sales.
- Collaborate with tender team to monitor available tenders, ensuring timely participation.
- Conduct feasibility analysis with the technical team for tender bids and expressions of interest for private projects.
- Create compelling pitch presentations for government and private entities.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and deliver presentations to secure deals.
- Promote company products and services in targeted markets through effective sales pitches.
- Set quarterly sales targets, develop sales strategies in alignment with division heads, and plan resources for successful implementation.
- Engage in pre-bid and business development activities to tap into lucrative markets in renewable and new energy sectors.
- Lead business development efforts including land aggregation activities, pre-bid tie-ups, and market intelligence gathering.
- Utilize problem-solving skills and innovative approaches to implement alternative energy solutions in the field.
- Drive innovation in new product development, specializing in Power Electronics, Technology Renewable Energy, and Lithium-Ion Battery solutions.
- Strong skills in Solar technology and communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, PVSYST, and project financial calculations.
- Extensive experience in the Solar sector, including team management and revenue planning.
- Expertise in supply chain management, cost optimization, business plan automation, and project digitization.
- Demonstrated success in sales within the renewable energy industry, with a track record of winning large Solar projects independently.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
- Collaborative team player with a results-oriented mindset.
- Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (6 days a week)
