- Researching market opportunities by meeting clients and building relationships, understanding their requirements and responding effectively with plans on how to meet them.
- ensuring that customer needs and expectations are captured, documented, and properly translated into operational parameters.
- Connecting with IT/ NON IT Clients to discover their needs, and work towards fulfilling them by working as a dedicated account manager.
- Preparing presentations and writing business proposals ( Technical& Commercial ) to potential clients.
- Responsible of preparing proposals, working closely with recruitment in the process of selecting suitable resources to tackle outsourced projects..
- Closing new business deals with large reputed organization and Ensuring effective management of client satisfaction ex: conducting surveys, etc..
- Negotiations with clients on commercials.
- Forecasting sales revenues to help the organization grow the business and achieve both individual and department targets.
- Good to have experience into Middle East Client acquisition.
- Communicating with candidates, coordination of interviews.
- Making sure candidates are being pre-evaluated and well screened before submitting their profiles to clients.
