Roleand Responsibilities:
The Key AccountManager will be responsible for developing trust relationships witha portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn tocompetition. The individual will be required to acquire a thoroughunderstanding of key customer needs and requirements andcontinuously propose solutions that meet their objectives.Additionally the role involves expanding relationships withexisting customers ensuring timely delivery of products andservices acting as the link of communication between key customersand internal teams and playing an integral part in generating newsales that will turn into longlasting relationships. The KeyAccount Manager will also be responsible for preparing regularreports of progress and forecasts using key account metrics to bothinternal and externalstakeholders.
CandidateQualifications:
The ideal candidate shouldhave proven experience as a key account manager with a strongbackground in sales and providing solutions based on customerneeds. They should possess strong communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to build relationships with professionalsof all organizational levels. Excellent organizational skillsproblemsolving ability and negotiation skills are essential. AUG/PG degree in business administration sales or relevant field isrequired along with the flexibility to work in the US Shift from6.30 pm to 3.30am.
