    Description

    Overview:

    The JuniorSales Manager plays a crucial role in the organization as they areresponsible for supporting the sales team in acquiring andretaining customers achieving sales targets and contributing to theoverall growth and success of the company. This role is essentialin driving revenue and maintaining strong customerrelationships.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Assist inidentifying and developing new businessopportunities
    • Support the sales team increating and implementing effective salesstrategies
    • Participate in sales meetings tradeshows and industry events
    • Conduct marketresearch to identify potential leads and targetmarkets
    • Collaborate with team members toachieve sales targets and objectives
    • Handlecustomer inquiries and provide product/serviceinformation
    • Prepare and present sales proposalsand pitches
    • Contribute to the development ofpromotional materials and salescollateral
    • Monitor and report on salesperformance and market trends
    • Coordinate withother departments to ensure customer satisfaction andretention
    • Manage and update customer databaseand CRM system
    • Assist in the resolution ofcustomer complaints and issues
    • Provide supportto the sales team with administrative tasks anddocumentation
    • Stay updated on industry bestpractices and trends
    • Adhere to company policiesand procedures

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelor s degree inBusiness Marketing or related field
    • Provenexperience in sales or customer servicerole
    • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills
    • Strong negotiation and sales closingabilities
    • Ability to work well in a team andindependently
    • Knowledge of sales techniques andCRM systems
    • Ability to multitask and prioritizeeffectively
    • Customeroriented approach with afocus on building relationships
    • Proficiency inMS Office and sales software
    • Resultsdriven witha strong dedication to success
    • Ability to adaptto a fastpaced and dynamic workenvironment
